Reputation management and SAP Decision Makers - II

In my previous post I spoke about two things to build and maintain your brand's reputation. 1. “ Say no to unsolicited email” and 2. Unsubscribe link a must. Read below another two points in the same line of reputation management and SAP decision makers.

Prompt action to handle unsubscribe - CAN-SPAM Act, 2003 clearly mentions that each unsubscribe request should be attended within 10 business days. After every campaign check for the unsubscribe requests and remove their names from your SAP users lists or SAP decision makers lists. Also check for SPAM complaints and act quickly.

Regular list updation - Whether you have prepared SAP users list on your own or have purchased it from a very reputed list vendor like SAP Users Lists, you have to update it on regular interval. We here at SAP Users Lists update each business lists in 90 days. Regular updation helps you to weed hard bounces, dead contacts, typos, etc.
In my next posts I will talk about three other ways to build and maintain your brand's reputation.

If you are looking for SAP user lists based on geography, job titles, SAP version, Company size etc., do fill up the below form. You can also write to us. The information you share with us will not be shared with any third party.
